Supporting you through life's ups and downs
At Zigzag Occupational Therapy, I provide warm, authentic, and compassionate therapeutic support, grounded in genuine connection and a splash of humour. I am passionate about working alongside young people with diverse lived experiences, including those who have experienced adversity, come from minority or marginalised communities, or have felt different, isolated, or misunderstood. I am committed to supporting young people to feel safe, affirmed, and empowered as we work together to navigate the life they want for themselves. My practice is neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed, and deeply person-centred.
